Since I realize smart people read this blog, you were probably quick to realize that my post about “My most Precious Secrets” was all an April Fools Joke along with Dilla coming back to life. Although J Dilla isn’t here physically he left us some really cool music to play.

If you were tuned in today and was wondering what Dilla played it involved these 3 albums:

Thanks to the wonderful Robert Crutchfield for letting me borrow his nice Sony HDR-FX7 camera. I shall be reporting more stories and videos in HD!

St. Patrick’s day actually helped me realize the following things:

1.) I have two legs, so why not use them…
I need to get more active so why not start on St. Patties day and start walking! I went into google maps and saw that walking from my house to downtown SJ is only 4.7 miles which will take 1.5 hours.

2.) I can’t get a DUI if I can’t drive…
Another cool benefit of walking is that I can’t get a DUI. I will be able to freely bar hop and drink until last call without the fear or thought of getting pulled over.

3.) All that walking just burned most of the calories in my alcohol…
3 Pints of Sierra Nevada is about 525 calories. Walking 1.5 hours burns 454 calories. So all together I net around 71 calories.

4.) No parking tickets!
I was able to spare the tickets or battles with meter maids this year. On top of that I didn’t have to worry about finding places to park around downtown.

5.) Opportunity for cool pictures…
I never realized all the cool places I passed by when I drove. I had a lot more time to look around and snap some really cool photos with my iPhone. Check the gallery below.

All in all, I had a blast being responsible and celebrating the irish holiday downtown. I never realized how cool walking could be!

That’s right, Dj Luicidal & myself will not be on air this Christmas Eve as we will be partying up in the Tropics with some Ice Cold beer, warm weather, and hot ladies.

But while I am still here in the tropics there is some good news!
iLLpHonics was voted BEST Hip Hop show on KSJS!

Best believe we had a crazy celebration involving the consumption of our favorite alcoholic beverages…

I finally broke down and created a twitter account. For those of you who don’t know about twitter. Twitter is a nice network of people who do “micro” blogs. You are only allowed to use 140 characters when you post. Most people use it to display their thoughts, what they are doing, promote events, or whichever they see fit.

I plan on using twitter as a direct connection to what I am thinking, doing, and to promote events that I am at. I have currently set it up so that it updates with my Facebook, iChat/AIM, and my blog.

I see lots of value because of the amount of connections you could make around the world in a small period of time. Check it out and I hope you enjoy.

I must admit. I miss posting up stuff on my blog. This semester midterms seemed to have got the best of me…until now! Midterms are done, most term papers are finished and I have some time to post up all the playlists for my “iLLpHonics” show, downloads, mixes, and a bunch of cool updates.
