Boondocks Season 2 is my ish! The last episode named “The Story of Gangstalicious” pretty much exposed the Truth about “ghey” rappers. I would have never thought that Jim Jones, Ron Browz, & Juelz Santana would be those dudes. Word up to iLLsEED for finding the Pop Champagne parody.

Homeless Man kills T-Pain On His Own Game

Thousand dollar studios across the world that Kanye, Akon, & T-Pain use can’t even come close to the talent and sound quality this homeless dude is rockin.

His natural voice + the voice box in his throat enable him to sing waaaaay better than T-Pain. At first I thought this was going to be a random dude singing about some random girl or something. But dude’s actually got talent. He has a good song structure (verse, hook, verse, bridge, hook) and I am loving the G-Funk style he uses.

Warren G, Snoop, or Dre…ya’ll need to find this kat and sign him! The streets are begging for good quality stuff like this. He is the real deal…straight from the hood and full of talent.

1st Beat Making Video

This is my 1st official beat making video for the world. I was inspired to make a simple beat and I recorded the process in which I make a beat. I mentioned in a earlier blog post about aspiring to be a great producer and I took my own advice in the section of emulating a style of music I like. I was feeling a 2001 Dr. Dre west coast feel when I was playing this beat. I felt that if I recreated something like the Chronic 2001, I would be able to appreciate the music and its respective layers. I have been pretty surprised that there hasn’t been more mudslinging between the two nominated candidates for President. Usually around this time the Republicans or Democrats start digging up some crazy information about each other and then smear it all over the media (insert Barrack “Yes I inhaled marijuana”)…hopeing that people will not vote for the candidate that is being smeared.

People are smarter than that….I hope… well…are we? Our country some how let George Bush run the White House for 8 years straight. Even though a majority of the country didn’t vote for him, and even with the massive anti-war protests. Well, I don’t have the answer to every question in the universe but here is an awesome propaganda video to get Obama elected into office. This video is silly, but the lyrics are powerful. I am pretty sure if you have that “A Milli” sample stuck in your head you are going to have “Obama” stuck in your head soon.

Shout out to A.P.T. for making the song. They have a blog you can check out with other videos. These dudes were also organized enough to get the song posted up on iTunes to download and for ringtones.
